We currently have an opening for two associate lawyers to join our Banking & Finance team.
We currently have an opening for an associate lawyer to join our specialized data privacy team. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including legislative developments governing data privacy and security, privacy compliance and risk management, cybersecurity matters arising in transactions and in relation to the processing of consumer, customer and employee data.
We have an opening for an associate to join our team. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including acting in an advisory capacity and in the context of cross border transactions, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, tax planning as well as tax controversy and wealth and estate planning.
